About the Role:- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to lead a company-wide job evaluation project.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to refine and develop accurate job profiles for over 250 roles.
- Gathering feedback from employees at all levels is essential to support the evolution of job descriptions.
- This role also involves managing job specifications and supporting recruitment activities as needed.
- Highly detail-oriented approach is required to ensure accuracy throughout the project.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently are essential.
- A strong communicator will engage with employees and managers confidently and build relationships effectively.
