Assistant Manager Opportunity at German Doner Kebab

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, driving revenue growth, and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement brand standards and policies to ensure operational excellence
  • Lead by example and consistently deliver industry-leading guest service
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, employee development, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability
  • Provide excellent management guidance to team members, including training and development
  • Maintain a secure, safe, and healthy environment for team members and guests
