The Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing team at the Oliver Wyman Forum. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and executing global, multi-channel campaigns that drive our brand's success. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues across different teams, including design, editorial, events, marketing, and social media to support all stages of campaign planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, social media, newsletters, and client events.
  • Engage in copywriting tasks to create compelling and effective content for diverse marketing materials such as promotional emails, social media posts, and website copy.
  • Support the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and implementing strategies to increase followers and brand awareness.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of client events, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive attendee experience.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Business, or Journalism preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing roles (experience in a professional services environment a plus)
  • Experience delivering marketing content for different channels, including social media and web
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Experience with event coordination and execution (in-person and/or virtual) preferred, but not required
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both formal and informal settings
  • Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, with ability to work independently, deliver high-quality, impactful output, think strategically, and communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and comfort working in fast-paced environment
