Job Title: Territory Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Territory Account Manager to join our team at Delta Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the life science industry.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the life science sector.
  • Provide pre and post-sales support to clients, including technical knowledge and product training.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IVD industry.
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow our business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge in the life science arena, ideally within haematology/haemostasis/MSC.
  • Experience of providing pre and post-sales support to clients in the IVD industry.
  • Previous Key Account Management experience in the life science industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
