Territory Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Business Manager to join our team at Alfasigma. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive sales and market share growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales and market share targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market share updates to senior management
Requirements:
  • Advanced scientific degree and strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
