Are you a skilled professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the pharmaceutical industry?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Manager to join our team at Alfasigma. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes through your medical and scientific knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans for your territory, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure unrestricted access to our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers, identifying and targeting opportunities to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Forecast and deliver sales and market share targets through the implementation of business and account plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with policy changes and Alfasigma's position/key messages, incorporating this information into your strategic account plans.
Requirements:
  • An advanced scientific degree and a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare field.
  • Experience in sales with additional formulary and market access experience.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to act with integrity in compliance with laws, internal policies, and Alfasigma's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
