Head of Health and Safety

We are seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping a culture of safety and well-being, overseeing risk management, training initiatives, and ensuring compliance across all our European sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health, safety, and wellbeing strategies across Europe.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Oversee training programs to keep employees informed and safe.
- Lead investigations into incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Champion employee well-being initiatives and foster a healthy work environment.
- Ensure compliance with European health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Chartered Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., IOSH) or working towards Chartership.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Strong background in health and safety management.
- Strong knowledge of European health and safety regulations.
