Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure health, safety, and environmental considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-risk industry.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
