Safety and Health Manager

We are seeking a Safety, Health & Environmental Manager (SHE) to join our team in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
- Foster a strong health and safety culture throughout the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to health and safety practices.
- Manage the health and safety plan and conduct regular audits.
- Review and update safe systems of work and risk assessments.
- Ensure safe equipment installation and maintenance.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and health and safety issues.
- Manage contractor compliance and environmental regulations.
- Lead the design and implementation of environmental management systems.
- Minimum 3 years' experience within Health and Safety.
- NEBOSH Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (or equivalent).
- IOSH Managing Safely Certificate (or equivalent).
- Knowledge and understanding of safety regulations.
- Experience with Fire management and risk assessment.
- Proven experience of working in a food production environment.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with ISO 45001, 14001, 5001 standards.
- Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations certified.
- NEBOSH Environmental Management Certification.
