We're seeking a Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate must be within commutable distance to our office in Spalding, UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health, safety, and wellbeing strategies across Europe.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Ensure compliance with European health and safety regulations.
- Manage a team of health and safety professionals to ensure effective implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address health and safety risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Strong background in health and safety management.
- Strong knowledge of European health and safety regulations.
- Experience in the food or agricultural industry.
- Proficiency in health and safety management software.
- Additional language skills beneficial for regional communication.
