Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to health, safety, and the environment.
- Proven experience in a health, safety, and environmental management role, preferably in a manufacturing or high-risk industry.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
