Ambitions Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team as a Health and Safety Co-ordinator.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures across our multi-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with site teams to implement health and safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on health and safety matters.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH and/or IOSH qualified.
- Proven experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
