About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Making Space, working waking nights to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for administering medication, conducting security checks, and performing domestic tasks to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centred care to residents with various conditions, including LD, dementia, mental health, and physical conditions.
  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and domestic duties.
  • Administering medication and conducting security checks to ensure resident safety.
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements

  • No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required.
  • On-the-job training and opportunities for professional qualifications.
  • Ability to work waking nights and provide flexible support to residents.
