About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Making Space, working waking nights to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and happiness of our residents, providing personal care, administering medication, and conducting security checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to residents with various conditions, including LD, dementia, mental health, and physical conditions.
- Administer medication, perform personal care tasks, and conduct security checks.
- Develop and implement individual care plans to promote independence and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
