Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Clayton Croft residential children's home. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing 24-hour support to autistic children and young people, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to autistic children and young people, promoting their independence and self-advocacy.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless support.
  • Support children and young people in developing their communication, social, and emotional skills.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
