Support Worker Waking Nights Role

About the Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Making Space, working waking nights to provide excellent care to our residents. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for administering medication, carrying out personal care tasks, conducting security checks, and performing domestic tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care to residents with various conditions, including LD, dementia, mental health, and other physical conditions.
- Ensuring residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care and helping them develop new skills through various activities.
- Working as part of a supportive team of professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of those they support.

Requirements
- No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required; on-the-job training and support will be provided.

Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- Up to 28 days holidays per year, including bank holidays (pro rata for part-time).
- Double time for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.
