Job Title: Support Worker Waking Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Making Space, working waking nights to provide exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and happiness of our residents. Your duties will include administering medication, carrying out personal care tasks, conducting security checks, and performing domestic tasks.

You will work closely with our team to provide person-centred care, encouraging and developing new skills through various activities. Your passion for helping others and commitment to making a positive impact will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and carry out personal care tasks
  • Conduct security checks and perform domestic tasks
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents
  • Encourage and develop new skills through various activities
Requirements:
