Job Title: Support Worker Waking Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Making Space, working waking nights to provide exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and happiness of our residents. Your duties will include administering medication, carrying out personal care tasks, conducting security checks, and performing domestic tasks.

You will work closely with our team to provide person-centred care, encouraging and developing new skills through various activities. This is a rewarding role that requires energy, compassion, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
