About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about financial inclusion and has excellent communication skills. As a Trainee Financial Capability Advisor, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide one-to-one advice to clients, helping them to overcome financial challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial capability advice to clients on a one-to-one basis, using a variety of channels to ensure that clients are empowered to make informed decisions about their financial lives.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and address the financial needs of our clients, using a range of tools and resources to provide tailored advice and support.
  • Manage your time effectively to meet targets and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload to ensure that you are delivering high-quality advice to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and policies, using this knowledge to inform your advice and support to clients.

Requirements
