This position is tailored for your professional growth as a Junior Garden Care Specialist. You will work closely with experienced gardeners and report directly to the Head Gardener.

Key Responsibilities
In your role as a hands-on Trainee Horticulturist, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens to a high standard. Your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting with the planting and upkeep of shrubs and flower borders
- Engaging in mulching, hedge trimming, and lawn care
- Collaborating with fellow gardeners and volunteers
- Interacting with visitors, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for gardening
