Working Environment

You will collaborate with a team of experienced gardeners, receiving comprehensive support in your development. This role involves learning the essential practices required to nurture and maintain our beautiful gardens.

Responsibilities

As a proactive Trainee Horticulturist, your primary responsibility will be to assist in maintaining the gardens to a high standard. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Participating in the planting and upkeep of various plants and flower beds.
  • Engaging in mulching, trimming hedges, and mowing lawns.
  • Collaborating with fellow gardeners and volunteers to enhance the garden's beauty.
  • Interacting with visitors, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm about the garden.
