Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Work Lyf Group Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair duties in a heavy industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance on a wide range of plant, machinery, and site facilities.
  • Undertake planned and unplanned maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, fault finding, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with the Site Electrical Engineer and Maintenance Manager to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems, and support the wider maintenance team on tasks within your capability.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations relating to safety, health, performance standards, procedures, processes, and training requirements.
Requirements:
  • Recognized engineering, mechanical, or electrical qualification.
  • Demonstrable fault-finding experience and previous experience in maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Time-served or experienced within a manufacturing (medium to heavy) or process-driven environment.
Working Hours and Location:

A mixture of days and nights rotating - 4 on 3 off. Work location: In person.
