Role Overview |

As a Trainee Front of House Associate, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests by delivering authentic and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing their orders, and ensuring they enjoy their time with us. Collaborating with a diverse and talented team, you will not only acquire essential life skills but also forge lasting friendships while crafting unforgettable moments for our patrons. If you aspire to launch a career in hospitality and develop valuable skills, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

As an apprentice, you will participate in our comprehensive training program, starting at Level 2, which will immerse you in the hospitality industry and emphasize the significance of your role within the organization. Our training is facilitated by Lifetime Training, who will assign you a dedicated learning coach to guide you throughout the program, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed and achieve your nationally recognized qualification.
