The Role |
As a Trainee Front of House Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering the unique Wagamama experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, managing their orders, and ensuring they enjoy their time with us. You will collaborate with a diverse and talented team, gaining invaluable skills while forging lasting friendships and creating unforgettable moments for our guests. If you are looking to launch a career in hospitality and acquire essential life skills, this role is an excellent fit for you.
As an apprentice, you will participate in our comprehensive training program, starting at Level 2, which will immerse you in the hospitality industry and demonstrate the significance of your role within the broader business context. Our training is facilitated by Lifetime Training, who will assign you a dedicated learning coach to guide you throughout the program, ensuring you gain confidence in your skills and successfully complete your training, ultimately earning a nationally recognized qualification.
