Job Description
Mental Health Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with students with mental health needs and possess excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one support to students struggling with mental health issues
Assist teachers in setting up lessons and creating a positive learning environment
Help students develop healthy coping mechanisms and strategies for managing stress

Nice to Have
Previous experience working with students with mental health needs
Basic knowledge of safeguarding principles and policies
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
