The Senior Student Welfare Manager will provide comprehensive wellbeing support services to students, focusing on a range of issues.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of Central University Support Services, enabling the post holder to offer relevant signposting and follow-up support.

Key responsibilities include managing a full case load, collaborating with Junior and Middle Common Room representatives, and working closely with porters and Junior Deans.

A crucial aspect of this position is facilitating wellbeing interventions and activities, while also understanding that the Wellbeing Team does not provide mental health support, but rather offers triage and signposting to relevant resources.

The salary for this role is £47,500 per annum, reflecting the importance of the position. The standard hours of work are 35 per week, from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with an hour dedicated to lunch. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate specific duties, including occasional evening and weekend work.
