Requirements:

  • Financial Acumen: Literate in financial documents and able to manage financial data, KPIs, and P&L accounts.
  • Customer Focus: Outstanding customer service and people skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Solution-Oriented: Solution-led approach to problem-solving with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a strategic leadership role with experience in ownership of P&L accounts, financial data, KPI management, and line management of a large team.
  • Qualifications: IOSH qualification desirable, and background in service-led industry desirable.
