Join Thales as a Commercial Finance Manager

Thales is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Bid Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the estimate collation, management, and cost-to-price modeling of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with capture, bid, and projects/programmes teams to define their approach and generate robust and defendable costed solutions.
  • Develop and maintain commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills to deliver high-quality, winning proposals.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to shape a business-winning costed approach and continually improve the value of the output.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and understanding of finance and performance metrics.
  • Business acumen, demonstrated by commercial and financial awareness.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Security Clearance (SC) required.
