Job Title: Finance Business Partner

At Together, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing cost business partnering services to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide forward-looking business partnering services to senior managers, challenging them to drive value for money and optimize their business operations.
  • Represent the shareholder's interests in ensuring that money is spent wisely and effectively.
  • Work closely with business areas and the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the cost base managed elsewhere within the team to represent the whole cost base to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the input into budget and quarterly reforecasting submissions for partnered areas.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Experience in cost business partnering at senior management or executive level
  • Excellent communication, leadership, relationship building, and influencing skills at a strategic level
