Job DescriptionAs a Telephony Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and new business generation to meet business objectives. You will develop opportunities, support the channel in optimising potential within the market, and take an active role in sales meetings and discussions to increase Together's reach.
You will manage existing relationships and performance, promoting Together's products and services positively through various channels. Your time will be split between working from the office and visiting packager partners in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide market insights to inform strategy and drive business growth.
- Generate required business levels to support achieving KPIs from preferred partners.
- Develop account plans and territory plans to articulate to key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse broker performance and opportunities.
- Provide performance updates and reports to the channel SLT.
- Proven business-to-business development and sales experience within the mortgage/lending industry.
- Proven understanding of the packager model and club networks.
- Ability to develop a robust contact strategy with accounts.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Good objection handling and problem-solving skills.
