The Opportunity
As a key member of our HR team, you'll oversee a team of employee relations professionals, providing strategic guidance and support to management and employees across the region. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our employment practices, policies, and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of excellence, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to your team members.
- Manage Employee Relations Cases: Collaborate with the ER Director and ER Manager to drive effective case management, ensuring timely and fair resolutions to employee concerns.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance our employee relations processes to deliver a consistent and exceptional experience for all employees.
- Strategic Employee Relations Support: Provide thought partnership and guidance to key stakeholders, driving business outcomes and employee engagement.
- Project Leadership: Lead pan-EMEA projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business results and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven Employee Relations Expertise: Demonstrated experience in employee relations, with a deep understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
- Strategic Influence: Proven ability to influence and resolve complex employee relations matters, using effective communication and negotiation skills.
