About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Savings Product and Propositions Lead to join our team at Stellar Select. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of savings products and propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product governance and policy frameworks to ensure compliance and excellence in savings product development.
  • Oversee the approval of all product promotional material, ensuring alignment with our Financial Promotions Framework.
  • Lead and support a team of professionals in promoting continuous improvement and personal development, driving innovation and excellence in savings product management.
  • Analyze the external environment and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and inform product development strategies.
  • Drive the development of MI and analytical capabilities to deeply understand the savings proposition and product landscape.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Financial Services and Product Management, preferably with savings product experience.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to drive team performance and development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and drive collaboration.
