- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap, informed by market insights, customer needs, and business requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, customers, and colleagues, to promote product updates, successes, and value.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including User Experience, Optimisation, Programme Management, and IT.
- Agile Delivery: Lead the implementation of agile delivery principles, including scaled agile (SAFe) environments, to drive efficient product development.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of leading product teams and driving product success.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of product professionals.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical aspects of product development, including digital development approaches and agile delivery principles.
