Deputy Head of Premium Operations Job Description

Our client, a leading food and beverage operator, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Premium Operations to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team to deliver exceptional hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Premium in planning and delivering the premium hospitality operation, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of hospitality standards, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify innovative solutions, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team has comprehensive product and service knowledge, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Contribute to financial analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain consistently high brand standards across all areas, driving customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing large operational teams, with a track record of success in premium hospitality environments.
  • Confident in managing multiple F&B outlets, with a strong understanding of P&L accountability.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate the team, driving high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
