Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Deputy Head of Premium Operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Premium in the planning and delivery of our premium hospitality operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Premium with the planning and delivery of the premium hospitality operation.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and appreciation of hospitality standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify new and innovative solutions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure the team has thorough and up-to-date product and service knowledge.
  • Support with financial analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain consistently high brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing large operational teams.
  • Confident in managing multiple food and beverage outlets.
  • Previous P&L accountability.
  • Ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding service.
