Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Premium in planning and delivering the premium hospitality operation, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of hospitality standards, driving continuous improvement and innovation in the premium operation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and solutions, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Ensure the team has thorough and up-to-date product and service knowledge, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Support with financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Operate and further develop consistently high brand standards within each area, ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing large operational teams, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Confident in managing multiple F&B outlets, with a strong understanding of P&L accountability.
  • Ability to manage and inspire the team, driving high levels of motivation and engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
