**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Therapist to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Exercise full autonomous professional responsibility for the psychological assessment, treatment, and discharge of clients.
  2. Hold a clinical caseload and provide individual and group therapy.
  3. Develop formulations and treatment plans for the management of a resident's mental health and behavioural problems.

Requirements:

  1. Registered Mental Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability qualification.
  2. Post registration training in risk management tools/techniques.
  3. Graduate at master's level or studying towards this level.
  4. Substantial post registration experience in senior nursing positions.

Desired Skills:

  1. Ability to undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Awareness of safeguarding issues and responsibilities under relevant legislation.
