About the Role

Fenland PCN Ltd is a thriving primary care network in Cambridgeshire, comprising four semi-rural practices. We are looking for an experienced Primary Care Network Clinical Lead to join our outstanding team. The successful candidate will have a valid NMC registration, membership of a professional organization, and a full UK driving license.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Primary Care Network Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of the Nurse Practitioner role within the PCN. This includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment/interventions for patients presenting with undifferentiated diagnoses.

You will work closely with the team to create opportunities to improve patient care. Your key responsibilities will include prescribing and reviewing medication, initiating diagnostic strategies and therapeutic interventions, and working with patients to support compliance with prescribed treatments.
