Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled mental health professional to provide clinical leadership and expertise in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

As a senior practitioner, you will work closely with individuals who have complex mental health needs, providing assessments, therapeutic interventions, and treatment programs to support recovery.

Our team practices a trauma-informed framework, prioritizing patient-centered care and safety. We are seeking an experienced professional who can work effectively with individuals with personality disorders and those on the autistic spectrum.

Main Duties

The Mental Health Team provides a comprehensive service to individuals in a prison setting. As a core member of the team, you will deliver a safe and effective mental health service, encompassing primary and secondary mental health provision.

As an exemplar professional, you will model our core values of dignity, respect, care, and compassion. You will stay updated on wider issues affecting future professional practice in mental health and communicate this to the team.
