About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Part Time Female Support Worker to join our team in March. This role involves working with an individual with low mental health needs, providing support with daily living tasks and encouraging engagement in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
The successful candidate will be a compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring that the individual's needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with adults with mental health needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and carers.
