About the Role:

As a Senior Care Assistant at Athena Care Homes, you will be responsible for leading and managing our care team to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Your role will involve providing leadership and direction to the care team, assisting and motivating them to deliver exceptional outcomes in care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the care team.
  • Assist and motivate the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes in care.
  • Manage supervision, appraisal, and performance management of the care team.
  • Carry out enhanced clinical care duties, including clinical observations and monitoring urine output.

Requirements:

  • A passion for care.
  • Experience in a care position.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proven track record of leading, empowering, supporting, and motivating a team.
