Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Clinical Nurse Therapist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for improving people's lives and a commitment to delivering high-quality care with compassion.

The role involves participating in the delivery of a countywide specialist LD nursing service, managing a caseload of clients with complex learning disabilities, and providing professional supervision to other staff and students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a full UK driving licence.

Main Duties

  • To participate in the delivery of a countywide specialist LD nursing service under the guidance of the lead Nurse.
  • To manage a caseload of clients with complex learning disabilities.
  • To provide professional supervision to other staff and students.
  • To contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of learning disability services.
  • To participate in multi-disciplinary/multi-agency working within the LDP and with key partners.
