Consultant in Psychiatry Learning Disabilities

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Old Age Psychiatrist to join our community-based services in Cambridgeshire. As a Consultant in Psychiatry Learning Disabilities, you will provide excellent care to the population of Cambridgeshire, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver assessment and treatment plans.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the multidisciplinary team in providing psychiatric care
* Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans
* Lead weekly MDT meetings and ensure prompt reviews of acutely unwell patients
* Work closely with the CRHTT OP, community teams, and liaison services as patients move between these teams

Requirements:
* CCT in relevant specialty
* S12/AC approved
* Experience of working in a community-facing team

Desirable:
* MD or PhD
* Experience of research and service development
* Clinical training and experience in delivery of psychotherapy modalities
