We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our friendly team to provide person-centred care and support.
Vacancies available:
- Rates: £12.00 per hour
- Typical Day shift patterns: - 0700 to 1430 and 1400 to 2200
- Sleep ins required
- For Day shifts it is essential that you hold a full driving licence so that you can drive our vehicles and take the residents out into the community
Key responsibilities:
- Providing care and support individually tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities
- Working together to identify and achieve goals, enabling residents to have choice and control over their lives
- Carrying out everyday tasks including personal care, taking part in a range of interests and activities
