Salary Details

The estimated salary for this role is £12.00 per hour. Shift patterns include day shifts from 07:00 to 14:30 and 14:00 to 22:00, as well as sleep ins. A full driving license is essential for day shifts to enable transport of residents within the community.

Job Description

We are seeking exceptional Personal Support Care Specialists to join our friendly team. As a key member, you will provide tailored care and support to meet the unique needs and wishes of our residents. Your role will involve identifying and achieving personal goals, enabling residents to have control over their lives. You will also be responsible for performing daily tasks, including personal care and engaging residents in various activities that promote a healthy lifestyle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills required to excel in this role. A strong focus on flexibility is essential, as the nature of the job can vary significantly from one day to another.
