About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our team in Northern Ireland. Our client is a reputable building contractor renowned for delivering high-quality construction projects across the region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a degree or HND in Quantity Surveying. NEC Contract experience is essential, and flexibility to work flexible hours and travel within the UK and Ireland is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with project teams to drive project success
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
  • Degree educated or HND in Quantity Surveying or relevant field
  • NEC Contract experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the UK and Ireland
