Northern Ireland New Build Project Manager

Our client, a leading Building Contractor with projects throughout Northern Ireland, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled QS to advance their career with a reputable and innovative construction company that offers excellent career progression.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 4-5 years' experience working on commercial new build projects for main contractors. They will be responsible for managing project finances, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as developing and implementing effective strategies to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
A competitive salary of £75,000 - £100,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the success of our client's projects. Job Requirements- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
