About the Role

As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, face-to-face, via email, and telephone. You will liaise with both the Service and Parts departments to assist them in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Liaise with the Service and Parts departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Manage diaries and schedules to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Deal with incoming calls from Service and Parts customers, providing timely updates on vehicle status and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Perform associated administration tasks, including data entry and maintaining systems accurately and in line with Company policy.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Service and/or Parts, preferably in the motor trade.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Process-driven and results-oriented, with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Methodical and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player mentality and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
