Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Manchester-based Maxus Van team as an Aftersales Advisor.
About the Role
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, face-to-face, via email, and telephone. You will liaise with both the Service and Parts departments to assist them in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Liaise with the Service and Parts departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage diaries and schedules to ensure efficient use of time.
- Deal with incoming calls from Service and Parts customers, providing timely updates on vehicle status and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Perform associated administration tasks, including data entry and maintaining systems accurately and in line with Company policy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Service and/or Parts, preferably in the motor trade.
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Process-driven and results-oriented, with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Methodical and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player mentality and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
