Job Title: Aftersales Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Service Technician to join our team in Liverpool, Warrington, or Manchester. As a key member of our Industrial Service department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our customers' lifting equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electric overhead travelling cranes.
  • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and consult with customers on repair and safety-related issues.
  • Complete accurate documentation through your mobile device.
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent in electrical engineering disciplines.
  • Mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining/repairing cranes or industrial equipment.
  • Health & Safety awareness and ability to work at heights.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to work extra hours.
