Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Datacenter Integration (DCI) team as an Assistant Portfolio Manager (APM). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the DCI Regional Director with the coordination, tracking and management of projects across Europe, Middle East and Africa, covering the Lease, Edge and build programs.

Key Responsibilities

The APM will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicating project updates and ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, construction management or similar field experience.
  • 5 + years' experience in infrastructure and/or construction related project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • A self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
